My name is Lourdes Mera, your future collaborator to obtain your next home. 

I have been working in customer relations roles for 20 years and now I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, happily working in South Florida to serve my community reach peace of mind by obtaining the most mindful loan.

 

I love working with my clients and making sure they understand the fine print of loans. I want every client to leave as an informed homeowner. So many people say, I had no idea what I was signing but I wanted the house...and of course buying a home is a thrilling experience but it can also be overwhelming if you are not at peace with the knowledge of the transaction you are embarking on.

So whether it is for your first home, a refinance or you have bought other houses in the past, today’s mortgage process requires a lot of expertise and patience.  I assist and guide my clients starting from the day they request finance to buy a property to the day their purchase closes to make it a positive and reliable experience.
